Gov. Sonny Perdue has formed a nominating committee to select a new child advocate for Georgia. Georgia's current child advocate, Tom Rawlings, is leaving to lead the Guatemala office of a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit that fights child abuse and child trafficking for prostitution.
